Irish festivals
vendor application directory.
Vendor catering pitches at 20 Irish festivals — application windows, pitch fees, attendance and cover requirements, laid out month by month so you can see a whole trading season at once. Most windows open between September and February for the following summer, and several close far earlier than operators expect.
The season, month by month
Dates shown are the 2026 edition. Application windows generally run six to nine months ahead of the event — Savour Kilkenny closes in early May for October, which is the one that catches most people out.
