Is the platform really free?
Yes for the basic tier — listing your business, posting unlimited listings, and being contacted by buyers all cost zero. The optional ✓ Verified badge is the only paid feature (€10/month or €100/year). Buyers never pay anything.
Do you take a cut of sales?
No. There is no in-platform messaging or transaction system. Buyers contact suppliers directly via WhatsApp, email or phone — we never see the conversation, never hold your money, never invoice your customer.
How do I delete my account?
Email info@foodtrailersmarketplace.com from your account email. We delete your profile, listings, images, and account permanently within 7 working days. If you have an active Verified subscription it's cancelled and refunded pro-rata at the same time.
My account is locked
Use Forgot password to reset — that also clears any temporary lockout from too many failed login attempts. If the issue persists, mention "account locked" in the message above and we'll unlock it manually.
Verification email never arrived
Check spam, then on the dashboard click Resend verification email. If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, mention the email you registered with above and we'll investigate.
