How do I find events in Ireland that need a food or coffee trailer?

Browse the Upcoming Events section on the Events & Parking page. Each listing shows the event name, theme, dates and duration, location, and the type of trailer the organiser needs. Browsing is free and needs no account; to apply you need a free Trailer Operator account.

How do I apply to an event or a parking spot?

Click Apply on the listing. You need to be signed in as a Trailer Operator — sign up free at /operators-account. The short form asks for your business name, phone, email and any extra details, and goes straight to the organiser by email. You can apply once per listing.

How do I post an event that needs food trailers?

Sign up free as an Events Coordinator, confirm your email, then use Add Event. You give the event name, theme, start date and how many days it runs, the location, the type of trailer you need, and optional photos. It appears publicly straight away and trailer operators can apply directly to you.

Can I list a parking spot for a coffee or food trailer?

Yes. Sign up free as a Parking Spots Operator and add your spot with its location, whether electricity and water are provided, a description of the trailer you want, and your contact details. Operators apply to you directly.

Does it cost anything to post an event or a parking spot?

No. Posting events and parking spots is free, applying is free, and there is no commission. Both account types are free forever.

What happens to an event listing after the event has finished?

It disappears from the public Events page automatically the day after the event ends, so the list only ever shows opportunities you can still apply for. The organiser keeps the record in their dashboard.
