Common questions.

Is the Verified badge required to list on Food Trailers Marketplace?
No. Free-tier accounts can post unlimited listings the moment they confirm their email — no admin approval needed and no payment. Verified is purely additive: a paid trust signal that makes you stand out.
How is Verified different from the free tier?
Verified suppliers carry the ✓ Verified badge on every listing, are featured in the homepage Top Suppliers grid, and sort to the top of every county page they serve. Free-tier suppliers reach the same audience and get the same browse-and-contact treatment — they just don't carry the badge.
What document do I need to upload?
A CRO (Companies Registration Office) certificate or a VAT registration confirmation. Sole traders without CRO can submit a Revenue VAT cert. PDF / JPG / PNG, up to 10 MB. We verify against the public CRO and Revenue registers.
How long does the review take?
Within 24 working hours. The admin team manually reviews each submission. If the document is unclear or doesn't match the company name on the listing, we'll email you to clarify.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your supplier dashboard. Cancellation is processed immediately and the unused portion of your current billing period is refunded pro-rata via Stripe. The badge stays live until the end of the current period.
What if my Verified status is revoked later?
If your CRO/VAT registration is later cancelled, suspended, or we receive credible reports of misrepresentation, the badge can be revoked. You'll be notified by email with the reason. Subscription is refunded pro-rata for the unused period.
Does Verified guarantee sales or quality?
No. The badge confirms that we've seen and verified your CRO/VAT registration — that you are a real, registered Irish business operating in this trade. It is a verification signal, not an endorsement of product quality, pricing, or service.
