About this product
Infrico VMG 25 RU LG (VMG25RULG) is a modular ventilated cold Pastry Display Case from the Magnus Low Glass Reserve Series, designed for busy cafeterias, bakeries and pastry counters where presentation and temperature stability both matter. Up top, the white compac quartz worktop provides a durable, hygienic surface for daily service, while the straight front glass and secured side glazing help keep products clearly visible to customers. The display deck is steel with an epoxy‑polyester protective treatment, supported by an enamelled steel worktop and a plastic-coated rear backrest for practical, easy-care operation. Exterior panels are finished in lacquered, water-repellent MDF for a smart front-of-house look. Key features include: - Precise temperature and humidity control for better product condition - LED front lighting designed to cut energy use by 80–90% - Ventilated condensing with forced evaporation for consistent cooling - Automatic defrost plus a double evaporative tray using hot gas - Refrigeration circuits helium-tested for gas leak detection Audited certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007, with UL 471 and NSF 7 listed. Available from Caterboss for Irish hospitality venues looking to showcase chilled pastries with confidence.
