About this product

Infrico VMG 15 RU LG (VMG15RULG) is a modular, ventilated cold Pastry Display Case from the Magnus range, designed for busy café counters, bakeries and pastry shops where presentation and temperature stability matter. The low-glass reserve styling keeps the front clean and contemporary while helping products stay clearly visible to customers. Built for daily professional use, it combines a white compac quartz worktop with a straight front glass and securised side panels. The display deck is steel with an epoxy‑polyester finish, while the backrest uses plastic‑coated sheet metal. Decorative panels are made from lacquered, water‑repellent MDF, finished with front LED lighting to enhance product appeal. Key features include: - Precise temperature and humidity control for easier setting of the desired range - Ventilated condensing system with forced evaporation for consistent cooling - Automatic defrosting plus a double evaporative tray using hot gas - LED lighting designed to cut energy use by 80% to 90% - Refrigeration circuits helium‑tested for leak detection A practical choice for Irish hospitality venues looking to build a modular Magnus display line—available from Caterboss.
