Infrico FHESM900A is a professional flake ice maker in the HORECA equipment range, designed for kitchens and specialist service areas that need flat flake ice on demand. As part of the ES‑Modular / ES‑SPLIT approach, this unit is a modular ice fabricator supplied without built-in storage and configured without a condensing unit, allowing you to plan the rest of the setup around your site requirements. Built for busy service, the FHESM900A uses a robust AISI 304 stainless steel body, making it a practical choice for daily use in commercial environments. It produces flat flakes at an ice temperature of approximately -5°C to -10°C, suited to food presentation and process cooling across catering and beyond.
