About this product
Infrico FHESM600S SPLIT is a professional flake ice maker within the Horeca equipment range, designed for sites that need reliable flat flake ice but don’t require an integral storage bin. Part of the ES‑Modular and ES‑SPLIT series, this modular ice head is supplied without a condensing unit, making it a practical option where the refrigeration set-up is managed separately. Built for busy service, the FHESM600S features AISI 304 stainless steel bodywork for durability and straightforward cleaning—ideal for demanding kitchen and back-of-house environments. It produces flat flakes of consistent thickness, with ice temperature specified at -5°C / 10°C, suited to a wide mix of professional applications including catering, fish handling and specialist sectors such as chemical and pharmaceutical. Key features: - Modular unit: no built-in storage and no condensing unit - AISI 304 stainless steel construction - Water connections: inlet Ø 3/4 and outlet Ø 24 mm - Production ratings stated under optimum conditions (21°C ambient / 15°C water) For Irish hospitality venues that need dependable flake ice production and flexible installation, the Infrico FHESM600S (FHESM600S SPLIT) is available from Caterboss.
