This De Danieli Cooker CT300EIA High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle is designed for cooking hard mixture products, such as mince meat, meat sauces, nougats, etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket.
