Mobile food permits in Biloxi
Biloxi requires a city privilege license and a mobile food vending permit for each vehicle, filed with the Community Development Department, plus a copy of the vehicle's Biloxi Fire Department inspection. Under the ordinance posted on the city site (Ord. No. 2534), permits last up to 90 days and can be renewed for another 90, vehicles must be removed within 30 minutes of closing and may not be left overnight, and they may not locate within 250 feet of any restaurant.
