Built for America’s food truck trade: one trade, one marketplace, no middleman.
The people who run, supply, and depend on food trucks, concession trailers and coffee carts across the country deserve a platform that's actually theirs. This is it. Baristas pulling shots from a coffee trailer, taco trucks at fairs from Austin to Portland, espresso carts on the morning commute: every working part of the US trade has a home here.
Built for one industry, not buried in a generic classifieds site.
A food truck or trailer kitchen needs an unreasonable amount of stuff to keep moving: beans and syrups, propane tanks and generators, fryers and griddles, packaging, signage, replacement tires, refrigeration, insurance, training. Much of it comes from suppliers who do business by phone, by text and by word of mouth.
That means operators keep scattered contact lists, ask the same questions in the same group chats, and pay more than they should because they don't know who else supplies the part. Food Trailers Marketplace brings those suppliers into one place, organized by category, searchable by keyword and state, with each business in full control of its own profile, listings, and how operators reach them.
Free for both sides. No commission, ever.
It's free for suppliers to list. It's free for operators to browse. We don't take a cut of any sale and we never see the transaction. The platform exists to put both sides in the same room: operators contact suppliers directly by WhatsApp, email or phone right from the listing.
There are two optional paid extras: one-off listing promotions, and the ✓ Verified badge. Suppliers who want to stand out as a reviewed, trust-marked business can subscribe ($12 per month or $120 per year, ~17% annual discount), upload one business registration document (a state registration, business license, DBA certificate or seller's permit), and our admin team reviews it within one business day. We never ask for an EIN or Social Security number. Free-tier suppliers post listings the same way and reach the same audience: verification is purely additive.
All 50 states and DC, day one.
Coverage spans all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Coffee truck in Seattle, taco truck in Houston, BBQ trailer in Atlanta, espresso cart in Chicago, concession trailer at a county fair in Iowa: same marketplace, same suppliers, same direct contact. Prices are in US dollars, places are organized by state, county and city, and we ask suppliers to be registered US businesses or to serve their customers from a US base.
No in-platform messaging. No middleman. Ever.
There is no in-platform messaging on Food Trailers Marketplace by design. Operators contact suppliers directly by WhatsApp, email or phone, the way the trade actually works. The platform is a directory and matching surface, not a transaction marketplace. We never see your conversation, we never hold your money, we never invoice your operator. If a deal happens, it happens between you and the supplier.
The trade-off is honesty: we make money from the optional Verified subscription and listing promotions, not from your transactions. That keeps our incentives aligned with yours: get more suppliers listed, get more operators browsing, keep the platform fast and useful.
Depth before breadth, state by state.
The current focus is depth: every category, every state, every working supplier. AI-engine discoverability (so when an operator asks ChatGPT or Perplexity "where can I buy food truck equipment in Austin", the answer cites suppliers from this site) is also a serious focus.
If you supply the trade or run a food truck or trailer in the US and you'd like to talk about your business, about features you'd like to see, or about partnerships, drop us a note. The team reads every message.
List your business. The US food truck trade is waiting.
Free signup. Listings go live the moment you confirm your email, with no admin approval needed for the free tier.
