The City Clerk's Office licenses mobile vending units, and applications are due every year. No city streets are open to them. On city property, they may operate at Bug Light Park and Boat Launch and the Wainwright Recreation Area & Sports Complex (up to 2 units each), or at a city-sanctioned special event with permission, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., first come, first served, under rules amended in September 2025.
