Mobile food permits in Jacksonville
Since July 1, 2020 the city no longer requires a Street Vendor permit for mobile food dispensing vehicles. Operators need state permits, a local business tax receipt and a Jacksonville Fire Prevention Office inspection, and the Office of Consumer Affairs enforces Ordinance Code Chapter 250.
